Registration is open from July 1st, 2018 until January 31st, 2019. After that date, only on-site registrations are possible. The registration for active contributors (talks, posters) has been closed on November 15th, 2018.
The registration fee includes access to all sessions, conference material, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and the farewell party. Child care services can be provided for participants, but need to be indicated upon registration. Please note that child care facilities are limited and we cannot guarantee that all demands can be met.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellations until December 1st, 2018, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After that date, no refunds are possible.
We invite applications for contributed talks (15 min, incl. discussion) and poster presentations (A1, portrait). Posters will be on display during the entire conference; a dedicated poster session with drinks and snacks will take place on the second day of the conference.
Contributors are asked to submit title, author list and abstract (max. 1700 characters, incl. spaces) upon registration. Decisions about talks and posters will be made after Nov 15th, 2018; notifications will be sent by email.
The Gesellschaft für Primatologie rewards the best oral and poster presentations by students with its GfP Awards. The awards will be presented on Friday, Feb 15th after the last presentations. Students who wish to participate in the competition need to indicate this upon registration.
